I down loaded 2.09 and formaTed it to FAT like it stated in the instruction. I have vista. When I put the SD in like it says on your instructions emailed to me. I get rejected when the SD card is in. The spider Jam states must be FAT 17. NO where in your instruction does it say how to Format it FAT 17. MY SPIDER JAM WAS ONE OF THE FIRSTS ONES SOLD.
