Guitarport lessons - can't navigate

Hi -- I got a trial subscription for guitarport..

I'm trying to get to the blues lessons and I click on "click here" from the main page, which takes me to "Learning" and I click on "Blues" and "Intermediate"...after that when I click on any lesson, it just comes right back into the same page.

Frustrating !!

Anybody got the same problem ?

I just received my credit card statement and see I auto renewed Guitar port for $79.99. Please cancel this subsriction as it is not used and I was not aware you would auto bill me. Consider being more professional and send an email 30 days before auto billing someone in the future.

I've had a GPO subscription now for a couple of years but I've noticed that this month (November) my monthly direct debit charge has suddenly increased by $4.00, so I was just wondering what this was for.

GPO Renewal Without My Consent - cancelled and still no refund

I can't believe there is no way to just email support. I have to post this in a forum?

In any case, I see that you charged my credit card $79.99 for what I am assuming is a renewal of my GPO subscription. This was without my consent and my online account states that you have no credit card on file for me?? The next day (10/31/09) I cancelled my subscription online. Almost 3 weeks later and there is still no refund. When can I expect this?

Well i have put this on a few times and have been unavailable once i was contacted so i am gonna try it again. i have a guitar port that i was given and the original owner is not available to reset the serial number. Please someone set up a support ticket for me so i can finally get my name on this thing and update my programs. thanks

Delaying activation date for Guitarport subscription

I recently bought the bundle offer for guitarport. My Cycle Date is 2009-11-23.

For certain unavoidable reasons I will not be in a position to use my subscription before 1st january 2010. How do I delay the activation of my paid subscription period by a month?

My account shows as active on web, but Gearbox says account inactvive

if i go to my account online through the browser, my account shows as active. however, gearbox (for my guitar port) says the account is inactive and won't let me download or play tracks. 80007106 Subscription no longer active.

This seems to happen periodlically. Since i don't have a lot of time to play. The inability to use the service when I DO have the time available renders the device and subscrption useless and frustrating...

Please help!
