De-Register problem

Hey I just sold a XT Live to another guy and I want to de-register it from my name so he won't have problems when he goes to register. I tried using the option but it comes back with "there's a service attached to this device". I don't know if he has an account yet so I can't give you the user name of the buyer. Can you guys please de-register it from my list of stuff ? Thanks.

Hello,

I bought the line 6 pod farm for my boyfriend so he could record his music and burn it to a CD. When I went to Guitar Center, that is what I told them I was trying to do and they sold me the Line 6 Pod farm. And while he absolutely loves it and all that he can do with it, he still cannot seem to get it to actually record his playing to his computer in any format that can be shared or burned to a CD. Is he missing a step or is he missing some other system or program that is needed to actually be able to accomplish that part?

windows 7 compatability with podxt live, variax, workbench

I am looking to upgrade my computer to windows 7.

i wanted to make sure before i did if the programs to run podxt live and the workbench software are supported.

i did a search before making this ? and did not find a thread that answered my question.

I know that I can try running the programs in compatability mode, but I found a few responses saying they had problems with that also.

sorry if this is already somewhere you can just post the link to the thread for me if your a better searcher than me.

Have an original pod and software. Just got a macbook and tried to use software. Says, "Classic environment no longer supported". Is the software no longer useful? Is there something I can do to remedy the problem? Not a big techy and only need the capabilities that came with ver. 2. Thanks.

Monkey doesn't show Pocket POD 1.01 flash update

Hello,

I'm a customer from Germany and bought a Pocket POD back in December, 2007.

Today I read about the 1.01 flash upgrade for my Pocket POD and downloaded the Monkey software v1.31.

I connect my Pocket POD to the power adaptor first and after this connect it to my PC with the Line 6 USB cable, no other cables are connected to the POD.

The POD works fine with the Vyzex v1.17 software, so I launched the Monkey (after closing the Vyzex software). It connects to my Line 6 Account but shows "There are no updates available" :-(

The Pocket POD is registered within my account and the Monkey doesn't show any message about device registration either.

The POD shows "Version 1.00" at startup...

Connected mp3 player to aux input using stereo jack; comes through rt channel only of headphones - is this expected? Uncomfortable listening to anything through only one channel of a headphones. Any advice? Thanks. N.

Second-hand PODxt Live Registration

I recently bought a second-hand XT Live but I am unable to register it as it has been registered by a previous owner. (I contacted the guy I bought it from but he claims he bought it second-hand himself and it was already registered. I now have no way of contacting the guy who registered it.) The serial number is 21FPD3P5528002676. I would appreciate if I could get this resolved. Thank you.

I bought a used PODXT Live (like many) on EBAY February 2, 2008. Today I tried to register it but it is registered to someone else (probably Steve Bruening). The serial number is 21FPD1P5535003806. I have a copy of my Paypal receipt which I can sendt. Can you help me Line6***?
