here's my burger recipe.
2lbs hamberger
1 egg
bread crumbs (seasoned of course)
onions and peppers(green, red, or both)
salt, fresh cracked pepper to taste
add any other herbs or spice that might compliment
finely chop peppers and onions. in a mixing bowl, add everything, using just enough bread crumbs to dry up the mixture and leave it only slightly moist. mash it together with your hands. make patties and grill. yeah, baby!
