Hi,

I have done a reset to your hardware from this end. You will also want to do two more things:

1. A license refresh in Line 6 Monkey:

With your XT connected, go to the 'Optional Add-Ons' tab & click 'Activate Purchase.' Instead of a license code, type the word "Refresh" in the text field and click 'Activate.' Follow any prompts that follow. Once complete, try your software again.

2. When opening GearBox, be sure to click the 'GuitarPort Online' button first. Then be sure you can see the GPO screen from there AND can load tones you have already downloaded.

Thanks

If your computer cannot reach the Line 6 server using Monkey, it appears that you may need to remove your popup blockers and/or Virus protection.  Did you see the following FAQs for using GPO?
