Logic Pro

Greetings everyone!

Is there anyone using the KB 37 with Logic Pro (Leopard)? I'm simply looking to use to trigger instruments within Logic and record audio? The size of the KB 37 is very convenient for me...as for, I travel very often. Just hoping the KB 37 will work with my setup.

Re: Logic Pro

Um.... I do!

Why is it so quiet in here? Is everyone still getting used to the new forums like I am?

Re: Logic Pro

Hi Lamon,

Here's a tip if you want an official answer from Line 6, and other users as well:  When you post a question that you want addressed by a Line 6 staffer, don't forget to check the box labeled "Mark this as a question".

Here are some more tips on getting good support from Line 6:

  http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-1451

Line 6 has GREATLY improved their Tech Support, but the need to check the "Mark this as a question" box confuses a lot of users. I think Line 6 could continue to improve the perception of their tech support (again... it's improved tremendously in recent months/years)... making the "Mark this as a question" option could be made a bit more obvious. I've seen a lot of new users frustrated by the lack of response to their questions... Checking this box will get you some very quick responses from Line 6 staffers, and other users too.

Have a look around at some of the other threads on the message board. If you see "This question is <status>", that means it was originally marked as a question. ("Status" will be "answered", "unanswered", or some degree in between.)

The Line 6 tech support forums are a GREAT resource, and you'll usually get your anwer here. They are very overwhelming to new users though... I encourage Line 6 to make them a little less daunting for new users.

Apart from the above FAQ link, you can get a good feel for the way the forums & such work just by going to http://line6.com/support and browsing around a bit. Hopefully Line 6 will make it a little less confusing without sacrificing all of the features.

Cheers,

Manfrenjensenton
