I tried ordering the Triple Pack (Collector Classics, Metal Shop and FX Junkie) at the promotion price of $39.95 today (the last day of the promo), and continually received the following error when trying to finalize the order through the online store:
( Error: 10500)
Please double check everything and try again. If you need more help, go to our support page
I tried two different credit cards (a Visa and an AMEX), both of which I know are good. Naturally, I'm hoping that, once this technical error is corrected, I can still take advantage of the offer.
Looking forward to your reply,

Same thing happened to me. I've been trying to get this offer, using the link in the promotional email (since there's no way to get to the special offer using Monkey or going from the front page of the store).
I also tried getting the offer that ended a month ago, with the same results. Back then I just gave up, but now it's getting really annoying. A quick search of the support forum reveals this error has been popping up regularly for months or possibly longer, and no one here has provided any useful information on what it is.
One thing I noticed is, when I'm at the offer page (I've pasted the text from the page below, the page is http://line6.com/store/offer/octoberdownload1 ), and click 'add to cart', it still says on the left of the screen my cart is empty. Even if I previously put other items from the store in the cart, and they're showing in the cart to the left before I try and add the Triple Pack - when i press 'add to cart' on the special offer, the cart turns empty. However, when I then press on 'edit' to go to the shopping cart page it shows the triple pack offer there, with the correct price. If there were other items in the cart when I added the special offer, they are now gone and only the triple pack offer is left in the cart. Proceeding to check-out leads to the 10500 conundrum.
Also, clicking the 'Triple Pack Offer' link on the offer page just gave a page saying "Sorry, That item is not allowed!"
http://line6.com/store/item/179 is the page it links to, and I assume it's supposed to have more information on what's included in the triple pack offer.

Has anyone been able to order any of these special deals at all? What's causing the 10500 error? Some illumination would be appreciated. And of course being able to buy the discounted goods at the promoted price, but I'm not holding my breath for that, since this offer will have expired by the time anyone looks at this. Since the problem is persistent, though, I would say it warrants some looking into.
Thanks for documenting the other symptoms of the broken/buggy promotion ordering process Liff. I was in kind of a hurry on Sunday, so I didn't take the time to do so, but wanted to mention for the record that I also experienced all of these exact issues (including the empty shopping cart after adding the promotion to the cart, and the "Sorry, That item is not allowed!" problem). One additional (more minor) issue to note is that the 'support' link on the final error page ("If you need more help, go to our support page") was broken.
Hopefully we'll hear from someone at Line6 shortly, before these discussions begin to make their way on other websites outside of the Line6 forums. It certainly doesn't reflect well on a brand (and is, in fact, technically illegal) to advertise promotions without any working means of fulfillment.
Hello,
That error means that oyu did not qualify for that offer. Did you receive an email from Line 6 about this promo? If so, can oyu tell me what the email said? Thanks.

Hi Miller,
Thanks for your response. Yes, I received an email from Line6 about this promotion. I tried attaching the exact email received to this post (as HTML), but the forum software returned an error, "The content type of this attachment is not allowed." despite the fact that it states "File types allowed: .html, .htm" next to the Attach Files box. Therefore, I've pasted the email text below instead. Additionally:
a) Had I not received the email, I'm not sure how I could have known the link to purchase the promotion (or even been aware of the promo for that matter)
b) I'm also not sure how I could not qualify for the promotion, as I'm a UX1 owner registered with Line6.
Thanks again!

Hello,
I created support tickets for the three of you. Please take a look at the tickets and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
Q: What is a support ticket?
A: A support ticket allows you to directly correspond with a Line 6 Support Representative. An email will be sent to you from Line 6 containing a link if a Line 6 support representative determines that a ticket is necessary to troubleshoot your issue. Please follow the link in the email to view your open ticket to work one on one with Line 6 Support.
Please note: Sometimes support tickets will be filtered to spam and junk folders. If you did not receive an email from us indicating that a ticket has been created, please make sure to check those folders in your email host.
