When will it be fixed ?

MAC OSX 10.4.1

 

Guitar 2 tab will not load. This problem has been going on for a long time. Many people have questioned it. The only response has been "we have logged a bug". Even brand new tracks have the problem, along with alot of old ones. I love the product, but I feel like I'm only getting half the service being paid for. It's disappointing. I see a new track. Get excited to learn it. Load it. It doesn't work ? (same thing with some older tracks).

Hello,

 

  I've personally taken it on my shoulders to work with our GPO team to get some of these content bugs fixed. I don't have an ETA but I can tell you that we have better visibility on this now and we should be seeing some improvements real soon. I wish I could provide you with a time frame but unfortunately I don't have one.

 

  I've gone ahead an comped you one month of service for this however.

Hello,

  Can you please download "Back in the USSR" and see if you are able to view all three guitar parts?  Please let us know and we can go from there.
