I need my email address changed on my account

Hi, I cannot access my original L6 account because I forgot my password and a new password was sent to my old email address.

 

My original L6 acctname is: vvarano (that's "vee" "vee", not a "double u")

 

The original email assocaiated with that account isvincent.varano@comcast.net

 

Can you please change that address to vincent.varano@verizon.net

 

Additionally, can you please rest the password on that account and sent it to my new email address?

Just in case you don't know.......... Line 6 tech support don't monitor this forum on weekends. They'll see this post and help you out, but not until early next week.

  You should be all set. I associated your old account with your new email address and reset and emailed you a new password.

I had to create a new account in order to post. I can't access the account that my POD is registered under because my email has changed and 'reset password' apparently sends the info to the email on file.

 

My old email address was chdodd01@insightbb.com. I had a POD Xt live registered along with a Variax 600. I now have the X3 Live and I think I registered it. My username was likely chdodd01.

 

Anyway, my current email is chdodd01@att.net. Can you please try to find may original account and send a password reset to chdodd01@att.net.

I suggest you post a new item on this problem and mark it as a question. You need Line 6 to help you and they probably won't read this because the original item is now a month old and was already marked as answered.
