Cancelled my Guitarport online subscription but still being charged

Hi, I called your customer service and cancelled my guitarport online subscription on October 12.  But my credit card was charged on October 13.  Can you please give me a refund on that and make sure that I will not be charged again?  Thanks.

  I have credited you back that charge and your GPO account is still inactive. You will not receive any more charges. Please allow about 2 business days to see the credit on your statement.
