Activation Issues

Having trouble activating RiffWorks/RiffTracker, purchased with Guitar Port 2.5.  I'm not sure what version, the CD says Riffworks 1.0.  In any case, I have all updated Line 6 Monkey, GearWorks, etc, GuitarPort is activated.  I've gone back through all my emails to see if I have an activation key and I can't find it.  I've tried going the "refresh" route with no luck.  It goes through all the steps, supposedly reprograms the hardware, etc., but Riffworks still asks for an activation key.  Can I get that re-sent, please?

Tapp1300,

 

  When did you purchase the Guitarport hardware?  Does it say Rifftracker on it and did it come in a green box?  Was this purchased new or used?
