I need to purchase a 10k pot volume control for spiderjam 75 where can i purchase one?

My volume control has passed away and it needs replaced I can do the modification but cannot locate a pod of equal dimensions

Hello,

 

  We typically do not sell parts directly to our customers but I would suggest calling us directly and speaking to our parts administrator to see if there is anything he can do for you. At the very least we may be able to point you to where you can purchase one.

Well I was warned from a co worker at sam ash in cleveland where I work that line 6 is a disposable product with almost no way to contact them and unavailable part or cheap bulk item parts (12,000 or more) not intended for replacement. Well I can honestly say he's right! I lost! Line 6 won this round, But I from here on will not speak to any customer the word line 6 already ive had a few customers looking for parts for this brand and they never returned???????  NOW I KNOW  Thank you, Dennis              And for anyone thinking of a line 6 purchase, YOUVE BEEN ADVISED!!

  Did you even try to call us? If not, then you should at least try. Like I said, we may be able to send that part out, maybe not. Either way please give us a call to see if there is anything we can do for you.
