Volume drop on just a preset button of my DL-4

Hi all

 

I'm just enjoying my new DL-4.

 

However, I found that any delay that I save on preset A will noticeably drop my volume when engaged.

 

That won't happen even if the exact same configuration is saved on presets B or C. The volume drop is specially noticeable if distortion is on.

 

I'm using alternate bypass, and a original Line 6 power adapter.

 

Any clues on what may be wrong?

You should try resetting the DL4 by holding the outer 2 buttons (A and TAP TEMPO) as you power on (plug a 1/4" cable in the left/mono input) the DL4.

 

  If the problem persists, you will need to take it to an authorized service center:
