Problem w/Backtrack

My Backtrack was cycling through all of the flashing colors.  Based upon advice I found on the message board, I tried resetting and now the unit shows no lights at all.  When I connect to my PC, the device is seen but the PC prompts me to install a driver.  Needless to say, it isn't recording, either.  Help!

Hello,

 

  If you've performed the hard reset on the BackTrack and it still isn't workign then the device sounds like it is broken.

 

  When did you purchase the Backtrack? Is it still under warranty?
