I know this may be trivial, but I wanted to post it for devs and testers alike...
Was using Windows 7 x64 with release build, installed UX2 drivers and monkey (not the beta ones) and I was getting long authentication times when signing into PC. Had some extra time, rebuilt Win 7 and long login issue went away...until I installed Beta drivers and monkey again. I was getting white noise pops, so I rebooted and low-and-behold, took 10+ seconds to load desktop.
I was monkey in compatibility mode for XP SP2. I'm going to rebuild Win 7 again without UX2 drivers and see if I get fast login times again. I have an M-Audio 1814 that will install in it's place. I'll keep you posted on the results.
Soon as I have additional information I'll post system specs too.
Okay, so here's more information on this as promised.
Fresh building of Windows 7 Enterprise edition, boot time, less than 10 seconds (average 7 seconds to the login screen, 3 seconds to load desktop). I installed a M-Audio 1814 using Beta 6.0.1, no impact on boot up.
Reverted to a previous restore point (pre-1814 install) installed Beta drivers for UX2 3.4.3.9, boot time went to 10 seconds until login and another 10-15 to load the desktop. Removing the UX2 from the system did not shorten login time. Restored back to pre-ux2, reinstalled 1814, back to fast back up times.

If you want me to test anything, just send me an email. I'd be happy to test any other scenerios for you guys to help. Even from fresh build I was getting white noise pops. I ran Everest PC information and verified that that UX2 was using full USB 2.0 connection as opposed to 1.1, at least by their list, which has been very solid so far. I could provide you with an Everest system dump log (hehe, dump log...) for specs, gear and free system resources.

Great stuff! Thanks for this!
