mm4 ended to work

Hi Line 6 i'm using Line 6 mm4 fm4 and dl4 for years

but some days before faced with problem - after switching during a mistake 12 vac to a my mm4 pedal it stopped work at all

i live in Belarus 220004 and there is no any service center

may be it is a well known issue and is simple repaired - there is few great technicians here so they can check it but before brining it to them i want to ask you about it

Belkaxxx,

Have you tried resetting the MM4 pedal to see if it will fix the problem?

Press and hold the first and last footswitches (outer 2) on the MM4 as you plug in a cable into the Left/Mono input to power it on. This will reset the MM4 to factory settings.

If the problem persists, it will need to be serviced by an authorized service center. Distributors and service centers are setup in the countries that he products are available. In which country is the dealer that you purchased the MM4 from? In Belarus or elsewhere?

Hello

thanks for suggestion

but the pedal is not workin at all as i stated

electronic scheme will be very helpfull to repair it

i live in Belarus now

pedal was bought more than 2 years ago in Guitarcenter in LA

there is no any qualified service center here in Belarus or even in Russia or if it possible to return it to Russia it will take near a 3-4 month to repair it

so the best way to get it ti really qualified tech here in Minsk bit he asked me the scheme

also my friends qualified repaires from Russia told me that it may be problem with fet transistor called "irf" in the power stage of the pedal

Honest to say that the Line 6 support is worth i ever worked with and is 100% unhelpfull

recomending to contact repair Center in London - 100% stupid and unfriendly

ut is easier to buy new pedal than trying to repair it

i'm really sorry but it is zero technical support - if you cannot help me this topic can be closed

We do not have an official service center in Russia but we do have a distributor. The distributor may be able to help you order the part you need or at least point you to where the pedal can be repaired.
