Pocket Pod Vista driver issue

After much struggling and reading, I gather that because the Pocket POD is a class compliant MIDI device and that it should work with Windows Vista, no further help is being offered? I am very frustrated because my new Pocket POD doesn't show up as a MIDI device on either of my Vista computers - Windows just insists on looking for a driver.

Is there perhaps a kludge driver available?

BTW I have exhausted all possibilites mentioned here.

RE: Pocket Pod Vista driver issue

Hello,

Vista should detect the class compliant driver for Pocket POD. Have you tried connecting to a non Vista machine? Have you tried switching USB ports and USB cables?
