Every time I plug my bass in to my amp, it starts making a pounding noise

Every time I plug my bass into my amp (while the amp is turned on), it starts making a druming bum bum bum bum sound. If my bass isn't pugged in (while the amp is turned on) it won't make the noise. Does anyone know whats wrong? The Amp is an LD15

Hello,

Have you tried ruling out cables, your bass, and any other third party hardware?

Are all effects turned off on the amp?

Have you tried resetting the amp?

If you've tried all of that then the amp may have a hardware issue in which case you'll want to get it to a local service center for repair.
