still no response to request for help posted a week ago.over the last 12 hours i've made numerous phone calls to both us and uk operations,without actually getting to speak to a human being.i'm still waiting for the automated callback......line 6 ,your customer service sucks.will never buy line 6 again after this.

problem now resolved-many thanks line 6.
One would think that after the way you blasted into them....you'd have more to say than just "thanks"....
But..each to ones own....

They should be changed to upgraded to adequate or suberb or something.
I've actually been busy doing some major upgrades internally to help our support system. We fell behind as a group and are doing our best to answer eveyone's questions. The upgrades we've made will make us way more efficient so I appreciate your patience.
