Line 6 M13 Volume Control

Hi,

I have a very important question; does the Line 6 M13 have any kind of Volume Control or is it just 1 volume standard?

If there's no volume control, are then the overdrive-tones louder than the clean-tones?

I saw already a picture where there was a overdrive selected, and there was a Output control, but that wasn't on all drive-sounds?

Please help!

Rick

Re: Line 6 M13 Volume Control

There's no master volume on the M13.  Theoretically, all of the effects except the ones that effect gain such as the compressors, distortions, and some of the filters are unity gain.  One simple reason I see why there's no master volume is that the M13 can be set to be true bypass, and you can't really have a true bypass device with a master volume control.

Re: Line 6 M13 Volume Control

Some effects like the overdrives, comps, and some EQ's have output level control, so you can set them louder or softer than the 'regular' level.
