I have 2 accounts with software licenses and registered gear in both

...how can I merge them into one?

It's not just the gear but the software licenses as well -- I'd like everything in my wilfr account moved to wilfrussell..  Possible>

Hello,

 

  Unfortunately I cannot move software licensees around from account o account. Once you purchase a license under a certain account, it is tied to that account forever. I can help you with your hardware registration.

 

  I can reissue you passwords to both accounts so at least you can note them and manage both accounts.

 

  Just let me know what oyu would like to do and we'll try to make it happen.

Well -- in all honesty I'm pretty disappointed that you can't transfer the software licenses and/or simply merge the accounts.  I don't understand that limitation.

  I can easily move around registrations however, I cannot transfer license keys around due to how they are tied with our 3rd party credit vendor.
