Podfarm App Vs. PodFarm AU/VT Vs. iLok versions and 10.6 ?

Ok reading through many threads I am unable to discern as to weather people are talking about their issues with Stand alone apps or plugin versions or both .

I was hoping some of you could clarify by commenting on weather your issues are with both or just one or the other .

Also Im sure it's a safe to assume that Gearbox Standalone and or the AU/VST isn't working with snow leopard  , but I hate to make assumptions .

I'm using the tone port DI gold hardware ( for reference )

I would happily just use the Stand alone Podfarm or Gearbox Applications if it was manly plugin versions people were having issues with .

One more thing ....

Any one having issues with the iLok version of Podfarm ? Wondering if I missed an opportunity there ( as it was free ) .

Thanks for anyone's time who responds .

with the beta driver, the pod farm stand alone works, but whenever i try to use it as a pluggin on logic 9 it says its unauthorized, cause the monkey thing doesnt recognize my UX2 so its unregistered...

I posted a similar question. I own only the iLok Podfarm plugin--no Line6 hardware of any kind (and never will, based on what I've read here). According to the only response to my question, the iLok version of the plugin works with Snow Leopard and Logic. It's officially unsupported, of course--but this one particular individual says it works. Here's the link to my original query:

Please post any results you have should you decide to upgrade. I'm getting a new iMac quad core in December. If Podfarm fails and/or isn't updated I might just get the new version of Logic. It's amp simulators have received reasonable reviews. Granted, they don't have as many models on offer as Podfarm, but at least I know they'll work!
