I got the message: That product is already registered by another user.

I buyed my Guitar Port in May this year in "Music Store" in Germany. The Guitar Port was marked as reseller. How can I now register my product? I want to use Guitar Port Online. I have a copy of the bill. What can I do now? Or is there any way to use Guitar Port Online without register my Guitar Port? Sorry for bad english
