GPO Renewal Without My Consent - cancelled and still no refund

Hi,

 

I can't believe there is no way to just email support.  I have to post this in a forum?

 

In any case, I see that you charged my credit card $79.99 for what I am assuming is a renewal of my GPO subscription.  This was without my consent and my online account states that you have no credit card on file for me?? The next day (10/31/09) I cancelled my subscription online.  Almost 3 weeks later and there is still no refund.  When can I expect this?
