using pod xt live. have newest monkey.
Hi,
I have done a reset to your hardware from this end. You will also want to do two more things:
1. A license refresh in Line 6 Monkey:
With your XT connected, go to the 'Optional Add-Ons' tab & click 'Activate Purchase.' Instead of a license code, type the word "Refresh" in the text field and click 'Activate.' Follow any prompts that follow. Once complete, try your software again.
2. When opening GearBox, be sure to click the 'GuitarPort Online' button first. Then be sure you can see the GPO screen from there AND can load tones you have already downloaded.
Thanks
Line6Sach
Here's what I get when I try part one.
Transactrion failed. Reason: Code 800003020 license key sent to server was not in the proper format. if you have popup blockers, anti spyware or anti virus programs running, try tempoarily disabling them.
Hello,
If your computer cannot reach the Line 6 server using Monkey, it appears that you may need to remove your popup blockers and/or Virus protection. Did you see the following FAQs for using GPO?
