GPO Online won't work

To Line6Miller,

 

What happened? What can I do to start using GPO again? I can still use my old downloaded lessons etc, but I can't see the Online section.

I've upgraded to GearBox 3.70 and Monkey 1.26 yesterday (and to make sure today again).

My account is valid, like it's been for years, but it just won't do what it's supposed to!

 

Nothing's changed on my computer so please don't tell me it's on my end. Only thing I saw in Req Check yesterday is that SSL in IE was disabled.

But that was fixed after getting new drivers (I guess).

 

When I try downloading thru Gearbox' queue it says I should log in ... But I am logged in...

Please send help ... _ _ _ ...

Hi,

 

I did a hardware reset on your GPO account.

 

Also Please try doing a license refresh:

In the 'Optional Add-Ons' tab of Line 6 Monkey, please click 'Activate Purchase.' Instead of a license code, type the word "Refresh" in the text field and click 'Activate.' Follow any prompts that follow. Once complete, try GPO again. Be sure that you open GearBox and FIRST click the GuitarPort online button. See if that works, then check if you can play tracks you've already downloaded.
