I'm having a problem.

I'm able to preview all tracks but once i click to load one i get Gearbox - Transfer error a request transfer has failed.

This is happing with every track i try to use. I need help please

Hi,

 

From that brief description, it seems like a USB connectivity issue. If so, please try a different USB port then reopen GearBox, try removing any USB hub if you have one (even if the L6 device ISNT connected to it). Also be sure to disable any firewalls & virus checkers.
