Hello,

Is there something wrong with my subscription?  Yesterday, after activating my hardware, I was successful in downloading, tones, lessons, tabs.  However today I'm only able to download tones.  Neither lessons or tabs will download, to any directory I specify. Note I'm using a Mac with OS 10.5.7  The error message is:
