For what its worth after using 3 generations of Line 6 modeling products over the last 7 years........ While the Axe-FX is not without it's challenges, it has far exceeded my expectations on so many levels.

I knew what you meant when you said axe. 
I know I can google it a second, but I can't remember why or when guitars began being called an axe.

Geesh, sorry to hear that news...
Nah don't be sorry. It was my choice to quit. Same for when I "nixed the 6" products across the board.
Here is one for the road.... Not it's current configuration though. It now has P90s and GK-3 attached. Driving to LA in a few so no more photos from me for a week. Hopefully I can figure out how to located these forums again from the laptop, but then again maybe not!
