No, there's not a forum for the Alchemist line.  Bogner uses Line 6 for the manufacturing and distribution of these amps, so I guess it does makes some sense for the site to send you here.

 

The Spider Valve support section would have the best chance of helping you.  Go ahead and post your question here, and we'll see what we can do.

perhaps you have a faulty volume pot on the clean channel that's not showing the circuit the correct resistance levels so therefore isn't stopping all the signal.

It does sound like a bad Pot, but you should definitely take it to an authorized service center to take a look:
