Activating Model packs on Toneport GX

I just purchased the triple pack model packs available this month to fill out my collection and am unable to activate them.   Am I missing something? See attached.Snapshot.PNG

Hi,

 

  I believe we were having server-side issues earlier this week with that particular store purchase/license key install. It should be resolved now.

 

  Please try reinstalling the license key via Line 6 Monkey and let us know your results.
