I bougth a BASS PD XT PRO 2 years ago on ebay but i never registred because i need'nt in my using.
I have an fire in my house lasted year and the registration number is partialy removed...
The number seems to be 21BPX2B3838000027 but it don't works in registration.
I just want to make an update of my product, how can i do pls?

thanks to have erase my ticket, you should have take me for a thief....
I sent you my picture of the piece of my house before the fire...
I sent you the number of registration partially erased and i tried to recomposed it.

You are incorrect in your assumptions. Firstly, your ticket is still open. Secondly, you were sent instructions on gathering the data we need to track down your serial #. The instructions were as follows:
"Turn on the device. Hit the "Tuner" button and then scroll the "Select" knob clockwise til it stops to get the "ESN #" and send me that #. That # will help up get you registered. Thanks"
Because your serial # is not found in our system because it's incorrect, we have to find another way to figure out what it is. I have been communicating with you to get this done and this last post from you is highly unwarranted.

I'm happy that you're still listen to my pb but my ticket seems to be closed (not by me) cause when i register and i'm going to my tickets there is none anymore.
So i'll continue to answer to you here.
My Product is a BASS POD xt PRO and i don't have a "Tuner" button but a "Tune System" button
and when i push it and i rotate the "select" knob the final menu is "BASS POD XT PRO Version 1.01" and there is'nt an "ESN #" number.
I think there is a hiden menu but i don't know the procedure to access to it.
Thks to still answer to me and not to leave me down.
Please download and install the Bass POD xt drivers, then download, install and run Monkey, which will give us an ESN. We can get the serial number from the ESN.
