Subscription renewal won't activate

They say the 3rd  time is the charm,  I just figured out how to flag this as a question.   Header and other two attempts say it all..   I also upgraded to Win 7, in case that is causing a problem.  Don't expect that it is.  Please help soon, I've been waiting for 3 or 4 days.   Getting frustrated, Jack

Hello,

 

  Your account is showing that you were able to connect to GPO today. Are you still having this problem?
