product registering for second hand pod x3

Hello,

I got a problem of registration for a pod x3, it's a second hand bought at MUSIC POWER in Paris in september. the serial number is 21X3B2S5752001830. What could I do?

Just wait a couple of days. You need Line 6 tech support. They will see this post when they return to work Monday (Californi business hours) and will respond within a day or two giving you further instructions. Meantime you can get a copy of your receipt (or other proof of purchase) ready. They will ask for it separately - don't post details here.

If you call Line 6 tech support they can help you with this MUCH faster than waiting for them to respond to postings on this forum (which they will also respond to when they notice it).

 

Call and they'll open a ticket for you and tell you exactly what to do.  They are fast and helpful.
