Delaying activation date for Guitarport subscription

I recently bought the bundle offer for guitarport. My Cycle Date is 2009-11-23.

For certain unavoidable reasons I will not be in a position to use my subscription before 1st january 2010. How do I delay the activation of my paid subscription period by a month?

Also my order has been in processing mode for the past whole week...does it take that long...just curious!
