Second owner guitar port online registration?

Well i have put this on a few times and have been unavailable once i was contacted so i am gonna try it again.  i have a guitar port that i was given and the original owner is not available to reset the serial number.  Please someone set up a support ticket for me so i can finally get my name on this thing and update my programs.  thanks
