i have a question related to the license that i returned.
i bought the license of the metal shop pack, but i return this and on my credit card don´t appear the " Total amount credited" of $49 only appears the buy for $49, and the mail confirming the return says the following:
"Your return of License Key has been successfully completed and the
credit card used to purchase the License Key has been credited:
Metal Shop
Total amount credited: $ "
the total amount credited don´t appear here , only "total amount credited:$"
it would not have to say $49? or it´s normat that says "$" empty?
please tell me what i must to do, to resolve this problem that I before it´s too late.
