"can't open FAT16 file system"

Hi: I've recently bought a JM4 Looper. It comes with 2.0 firmware and I want to update to 2.09

I've carefully followed every step from update instructions, downloading the update from Line 6 downloads, formatting the SD card on JM4 and putting the downloaded archive into the SD card.................but when I finally insert the SD card on JM4 Looper, navigate to "firmware update" and press YES, this message apairs on screen: "can't open FAT16 file system".

What I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Re: "can't open FAT16 file system"

Hello,

Have you tried a different SD card that is between 1-2 gigs of storage?  Did you try a fresh download and a different computer to ensure the problem is not there?
