About an order of mine

                 Hi.....May name is Gerson ........I had a problem with my store order done tonight....It's about the "Metal shop pack" for my POD xt Live....

                 I couldn't do that....Ande there was a messege  that said: There is a problem with my order.....I' dont know what to do....

                 Could you help me please ?....Thank you, very much.....

Hi,

 

You already do have a Metal Shop license on your account. You can view it here: http://line6.com/account/licenses/.

 

Now all you need to do is install it to your device using Line 6 Monkey. Instruction on how to do this are here: http://line6.com/account/licenses/instructions/#transferhelp. Please refer to the "Installation Using Line 6 Monkey" section at the top.
