I bought my Spider III 75 watt a few months ago, and I use it both to play my ipod through and to hook my violin up to.  I originally hooked my mp3 player into the line-in with an auxiliary cable, but recently nothing happens when I do so.  I get no music, no hissing or buzzing - nothing.  My ipod works with the same cable on other speakers, and I can use a plug converter and hook my ipod into the guitar input, but it is not stereo that way and now of course i can't play while my ipod is playing now either.  Any suggestions?
