Agoura Hills, CA and Stockholm, Sweden—January 10, 2005 — Line 6, Inc. and Propellerhead Software announced today the signing of an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Line 6 will distribute all Propellerhead Software products within the United States. Line 6 will handle all U.S. marketing and customer support, and will supply product to all music software dealers and online retailers.

The new agreement includes distribution of the highly anticipated debut of Reason 3.0, scheduled for release early this year. Reason is an enormously successful software title for both Windows and Mac OS platforms that emulates a rack of electronic synthesizers, samplers, drum machines and mixing equipment.
