LINE 6 ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS SALES ORGANIZATION

Agoura Hills, CA—August 29, 2006— Line 6, Inc., the leader in digital modeling instruments and professional recording products, announced today it has made changes within its sales organization to further build a competitive sales structure. The changes include appointing veteran entertainment executive, Greg Batusic, as vice president of sales. Batusic will oversee all strategic sales initiatives in North America. Other changes include the promotion of Barry Mitchell to the newly created position of Line 6 Director of Sales, Guitar Center, and hiring MI industry veteran, Scott Lombardo, as the Line 6 National Accounts Manager.

Greg Batusic comes to Line 6, Inc. from Gibson, where he served as chief sales officer and senior vice president of global sales. Prior to Gibson, he was with The Promotional, L.L.C. which he co-founded in Beverly Hills, California. As the managing partner of this promotion company, Mr. Batusic was responsible for all operational business, marketing development and generating revenue through high profile promotional programs.

Prior to creating The Promotional L.L.C, Batusic spent 13 years at the Westwood One Radio Networks where he served in several capacities and most recently as the president of entertainment. Other career accomplishments include opening the Chicago Sales Office for CNN/CNN Headline News with the Turner Broadcasting Systems and setting up all sales territorial responsibilities for the region. Batusic is based at the Line 6 corporate headquarters in Agoura Hills, California.

In the newly created position of Line 6 Director of Sales, Guitar Center, Inc., Barry Mitchell will lead the sales and promotional efforts between Guitar Center and Line 6. Mitchell previously served as national accounts manager for Line 6. The new position will expand upon Mitchell’s existing role, with new responsibilities to include Guitar Center, Musician’s Friend, Music & Arts, Guitar Center.com, Musician.com and Private Reserve Guitars.com.

Barry Mitchell joined Line 6 in 2001 as Line 6 Product Specialist, Southern California, and has since progressed through a series of increasingly responsible positions, including account development manager, inside sales manager, and national accounts sales manager. He is based at the Line 6 corporate headquarters in Agoura Hills, California.

Scott Lombardo joins Line 6 as the national accounts manager and will manage the sales and marketing efforts with Sam Ash Music Corporation, Musical Fulfillment, Daddy’s Junky Music and George’s Music Stores.

Lombardo comes to Line 6 with over 20 years in the musical instruments industry. He has vast experience in brick-and-mortar retail, as well as big box music retail since 1983. He has served as a manufacturer’s representative since 1993 for major brands including Mesa/Boogie, Fender, and Gibson Guitar.
