I purchased GuitarPort RiffTracker, can I move my RiffWorks activation to another device?
The RiffWorks activation code is “hardwired” into GuitarPort RiffTracker units at the time of manufacture and cannot be moved to other devices.
Can I transfer my RiffWorks Line 6 Edition to another device?
Yes, you can transfer it to another compatible Line 6 device. Log into your www.line6.com account and click here for full instructions.
Can I use the "Drummers" from RiffWorks in other recording apps?
No. Drummer files are a proprietary format developed specially for the RiffWorks software application.
Can I use my own drum loops with RiffWorks?
Yes - you can open REX audio files into GuitarPort RiffTracker and build tracks on top of them.
Can I use RiffWorks with other music applications?
Yes! There are a couple of ways you can work with other applications. You can export songs or loops you’ve created in RiffWorks as a WAV file and import that file into whatever application you would like to use it in. In addition, RiffWorks can be used with ReWire clients such as Reason®, Ableton® Live, Fruity Loops® and Project5®.
