This Driver Release is intended for use with GearBox 2.0 and adds support for Intel Macs along with an improved Preference Pane for controlling the full range of Line 6 USB-equipped devices. This driver release provides improved MIDI-over-USB functionality and better interaction with Line 6 applications. While there are some fixes for audio application support, more improvements will be made available in the future, pending qualification with key 3rd-party programs.
This driver is recommended for any updates performed via USB, as well as use with Line 6 Edit version 2.1. This version also corrects an issue provoking a kernel deadlock when using MIDI while starting/stopping audio, and MIDI while using Line 6 Monkey software.
This driver is not yet qualified with OS X Tiger (10.4)
