why there's some download that is forbidden for me to download it even though its posted by Mr.Miller to be downloaded for the one who has problem working the UX2 on a windows 7 64bit....

Hello,

We're not officially supporting Windows 7 right now but I've installed Gearbox on 7 (64 bit) with no problems.

We also have updated drivers available for download on our software downloads page. Just make sure to check the beta box once you navigate to that page.

Since we aren't officially supporting 7 yet we have created a public beta group where you can post any issues you have with 7 and our software. I'd suggest you please post in that group.

Hi, I Have been trying to email someone at line 6 for a while concerning the mkll foot pedal rebate and still no answer. Is there anyway someone can get back to me on that?

I emailed the rebate center because I noticed I did not have my full name on the shipping information, only my username. They replied in 2-4 days stating that it was not issue and also provided a tracking number. I just received my MKII. Including shipping the rebate form to Line6 and them shipping my hardware, the turn around time was only 5 weeks (less a day or so).

So, be patient. They are on top of it all.

I have the same problem. I can't get anyone to acknowledge receipt of my submission, and now I can't get anyone to even respond to an email. There is no number to call and neither the person I HAD been communicating with, nor anyone at the general email address for rebates will respond. I'm starting to wonder if they maybe gave away more of those MkII controllers than they expected and are just not going to give any more away. Thing is, I really like the amp, but that controller was the main deciding factor in buying it instead of a competing product. My first experience with Line6 has been a little worrisome. It has been 4 weeks so far and nothing positive.

Im still waitng for a reply to my emails > 3x sent. I brought this amp for this reason as well. Sent all the forms back in Jan 14th!!!!!!
