JM4 Looper v Spider jam

Just for confirmation: the JM4 Looper has all of the features of the Spider Jam IV but is solely a foot pedal? I already have a good quality amp.

Connecting a JM4 Looper to a fender Mustang III amp

I currently have a Fender Mustang III Amp and would like to use the JM4 Looper with this. Can the JM4 be connected to the Fender Amp successfully so that I can use all of the JM4's features? How would this be done?

Using a JM4 Looper in France that was purchased in the USA

If I buy a JM4 looper in the United States for use in France, will it work correctly with regard to the electrical power or will I need to purchase an adapter? I appreciated that warranty will be my responsibility and the unit will have to go back to the USA if there is a problem.
