Massive Error - Need help!

So it had been a while since i updated my guitar port and pod farm software, i went through the monkey and updated the drivers. Once run through everything i restarted as requested and all hell broke loose.

My Mac kept booting then it would get to a point in the boot sequence and the screen would go grey and an error message would come up saying you must reboot. this happened a number of time in a row and I couldnt even get back into OSX!

Freaking out my whole cpu had gone i rang apple in a panic, they advised me to unplug all devices. I did and it booted as normal - all good. But as soon as i plug in my guitar port or xt live the same error message instantly occurs and i have to reboot. I cant use the xt live or guitar port at all and whats even worse is i cant use my pod farm plugin and im trying to track and mix my recording.

Please help, i have run monkey and it says i have no live 6 drivers installed on my computer. When i click update it goes through the install process until the end and asks to restart. I do and it comes back to the OSX home screen. When i click into monkey again it still says that i have no line 6 drivers installed. Ive done this 3 times now and still the same results.

Please help!

Running:

iMac intel with OSX 10.6.8
