      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:1771cc42-c9ad-4a22-86ae-f6b7eda52a22] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hi all, I'm using an M9 with a faulty input jack.&amp;#160; I'll be playing the device, and my volume will drop almost completely out.&amp;#160; If I reach underneath the 1/4" cable jack and lift up, I can get it to connect and continue at normal volume.&amp;#160; But it will short out again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The last time I had this issue I tightened the jack with a ratchet, which worked for several weeks.&amp;#160; It doesn't seem to be working this time.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is this an issues where I need to send the device in and have the jack replaced?&amp;#160; Or is there a fix I can make myself?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks for you input and help.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:1771cc42-c9ad-4a22-86ae-f6b7eda52a22] --&gt;</description>
