I presume that you've already installed the free Line 6 Pod HD300 Edit program. Download any HD300-compatible tone file from the Line 6 CustomTone website to your computer, then open it in the HD300 Edit software and click SEND in order to save the tone to the HD300.

They haven't got a support email I'm afraid, the contact info I've given you is the only real way to get in touch directly. You could of course take the X3 to a Line 6 dealer, I guess they can sort out a fix as well.

That's great, thanks for sharing the pics. Would be great to see other JTV owners posting pics here too, that could calm things down a bit.

Your guitar looks nice but I hope you don't mind me saying that the strange mix of black and chrome hardware looks a bit out of place, it cheapens the overall appearance somewhat.

I use the HD500 with a Variax 500 and Workbench 1.70 on Mac Snow Leopard 10.6.6. Everything is working fine here on my end, no problems so far.
