Hi Rowbi.

Yeah I did that. It took me to the support tickets page but there was nothing there. It had the titles of the columns but there were no actual tickets listed. Is there a way i can look at my old tickets? I really just need to find out the part number for the Alchemist footswitch because i need to order it asap.

Hello,

It's me again. I'm having a really hard time getting my hands on this footswitch. I went to my local dealer but they said that they needed the part # for it. I remember i was given the part # for the B-stock footswitch in my support ticket, but the ticket was closed and i couldn't look at it to see what the number was. What is the part # i need to order a Bogner Alchemist footswitch?

Hello,

I purchased a used Bogner Alchemist 212 and it did not come with a footswitch. Is there a way to buy the footswitch separately? If not, are there any footswitches that i could use as a substitute for the Alchemist's footswitch?
